Taking the role of Mrs. Utah is not something to take on for the weak minded, it takes pure dedication. For this Utah mom, who is currently our Mrs. Salt Lake County, I believe she has the love and dedication that it takes to be the representative and role model for Utah.<\/p>\n

Jennifer Russell Whittaker is on a mission to enhance the lives of teens that often turn to suicide as a way out from the pain and struggles that they may be experiencing. She is going to schools and events teaching teens that they are Made To Shine<\/a>!<\/p>\n

I am honored to have met this amazing lady and can’t wait to see her win the title of Mrs. Utah! Please send her your encouraging words and inspiration.<\/p>\n
